Backup Data Retrieval

If you have lost your web page or email information, you can have this data restored from Westnet’s own data storage through our Backup Data Retrieval service. The costs are as follows:

1 Hour Minimum / $80 Per Hour / FREE - If due to a service fault

Caller ID Authentication

Caller ID Authentication can be enabled on any dialup Internet account to increase security for customers. This feature makes it possible to dial into your Internet account from only one phone line, meaning that even if your username and password is compromised, people will not be able to use your account.

Reverse DNS Change

This service is available if you wish to change the PTR record (aka Reverse DNS) on your Static IP Address.

One FREE Reverse DNS change per year and $27.50 per change thereafter.

With Westnet you receive up to 6 FREE email addresses, enough for the whole family, which you can administer here. If you require more than 6 email accounts, we can provide more.

Mail redirection to or from an active Westnet email address is available to members FREE of charge.

$0 per month for MEMBERS

Mail redirection is also available for users who no longer have an account with Westnet but would like their email forwarded to another address.
