To use your Mobile Broadband connection, you will need a Westnet USB modem. This is a device that enables your computer to connect to the Mobile Broadband internet.

You can choose from one of the following modem options:

Westnet USB modem returns and minimum system requirements

Customers experiencing difficulties with connection or dissatisfaction with the coverage at their primary place of use, may be eligible to return the hardware and cancel their contract with no penalties if they contact Westnet within 10 days of the Mobile Broadband service being activated.

  • 50MB free hard disk space
  • 128MB RAM
