Bundling Terms and Conditions
1. Account Details
The name, address and other account details provided by an eligible Customer must be the same for each relevant Westnet Product;
2. Applications
A Customer whose Full Service Phone application fails, is cancelled or is churned away from Westnet, will be automatically migrated to an equivalent non-bundled Internet plan at the rates then prevailing;
3. Subscriptions
If an Eligible Customer fails to maintain the relevant minimum subscriptions, then the normal Westnet rates prevailing shall apply to the Customer for each relevant Westnet Product;
4. Existing Customers
Existing Customers who become Eligible Customers will receive the discount Bundling Package price from the first day of the month following the acceptance of an application to become an Eligible Customer;

6. Bundling Package
All 'virtual phone numbers' and/or fax, dual fax numbers, virtual message service numbers and/or 13/1300/1800 numbers will not form part of a Bundling Package;
7. IOU Offer
Any Customer currently participating in the IOU Offer (Free Connection and / or Modem 12 or 24 month contract) cannot become an Eligible Customer until the expiry or termination of the relevant contract; to view the IOU Offer terms and conditions please click here.
8. Westnets Rights
Westnet retains the right to remove, vary, alter or terminate a Bundling Package at any time;
9. Conditions of Eligibility
Westnet may update these Conditions of Eligibility and the cost of each Bundling Package from time to time. Any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided in the Customer Application and / or via an announcement on the Westnet website; and
10. Terms and Conditions
A Customer who successfully subscribes to receive a Bundling Package must comply at all times with the relevant terms and conditions of each relevant Westnet Product Contract and the Westnet General Terms and Conditions. If the Customer breaches any of these agreements then Customer rights to receive a Bundling Package may be terminated by Westnet immediately and without notice to the Customer.
